HD Plasma Cutting
HD Plasma cutting is the perfect solution when cutting plates 10ga through 2” thick steel. We can also provide plasma cut parts that have a beveled edge, up to 1.5” thick. The max table sizes are 12’x60’.
Laser Cutting
When speed and precision are the needs, laser cutting is the answer. The best thicknesses to be laser cut are 22ga through 1” thick.
Press Brake
Our ability to bend and form plates and sheets to a variety of shapes. We can brake up to 60’ long. We have both vertical and horizontal braking abilities.
Plate Roll
We can roll plate up to 3” thick x 10’ long, and roll sheets to a tight diameter of 36”.
Oxy-Fuel Cutting
This plate cutting method is the preferred way to cut thicker steel. We suggest oxy-fuel cutting for plates that are 2” through 10” thick.
Waterjet Cutting
When precision is key, water jet cutting is king. Although it be slow, it is precise. The other ability of water jet cutting is that they can cut through 4” thick plates.
6-Axis Laser Tube Cutting
When the quantity is high and CNC is too expensive, look for 6-axis laser cutting for tubes, pipe, channel, and bars.
Angle/Pipe Rolling
